Visit the Register page and complete the three-step form. Step one asks for your mobile number, email and password. Step two collects your full name, date of birth and city. Step three is the confirmation and terms acceptance. The whole process takes under two minutes. Your account is active as soon as you submit – check your email for a verification link to unlock full functionality.
You must be at least 18 years old to create and use a 1 eecom account. This requirement is strictly enforced. You confirm your age during registration by ticking the relevant checkbox, and 1 eecom may request a copy of your CNIC at any time to verify. Any account confirmed to belong to someone under 18 is closed immediately.
No. Every player is limited to one account at 1 eecom. Registering multiple accounts is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and results in all accounts being permanently closed. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password reset function on the Login page rather than creating a new account. Our support team can also help you recover access.
You can register, deposit and place bets without completing KYC, but you will need to verify your identity before making your first withdrawal. Verification requires a clear copy of a government-issued ID – your CNIC is the standard document accepted. KYC is a standard requirement at legitimate online gaming platforms and protects your account from unauthorised use. Most verifications are processed within a few hours.
To close your account permanently, contact our support team via live chat or email at support@1eecom.im and request account closure. Before closing, any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your verified payment method. If your reason for closing relates to problem gambling, please consider using our self-exclusion tool first, as it can be activated immediately and keeps your options open.
Deposits & Payments
1 eecom supports the most widely used Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits are processed in PKR with no conversion fees applied by 1 eecom. Visit the Deposit and Withdrawal page for step-by-step guides for each method.
The minimum deposit at 1 eecom is Rs 200. This applies across all supported payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, although your individual bank or wallet provider may apply their own daily transfer limits. Your deposited PKR balance is available for betting instantly once the transaction is confirmed.
1 eecom does not charge any deposit fees and does not apply foreign currency conversion charges – your balance is held and used entirely in PKR. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank etc.) may have their own transaction charges on certain transfer types, but those are outside 1 eecom's control and are clearly shown by your provider before you confirm the transaction.
Most deposits at 1 eecom are credited instantly. If your balance has not updated after 15 minutes, first check that the payment was successfully completed on your provider's app (you should see a confirmation transaction reference). If the payment went through but your 1 eecom balance is still not updated, contact our live chat support team with the transaction reference and the amount. We will locate and manually credit the deposit where confirmed.
Withdrawals
Most withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within a few hours of approval. IBFT bank transfers and card withdrawals typically take one to two business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals are reviewed by our payments team before processing, which usually completes within two hours during business hours. You will receive an SMS or email notification when your withdrawal is sent.
The minimum withdrawal at 1 eecom is Rs 500. There is no maximum limit set by the platform, though large withdrawals may require additional identity verification as part of our standard anti-fraud checks. Withdrawals must go to a payment account registered in your own name – third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
Common reasons for a rejected withdrawal include: KYC verification not completed, withdrawal account not in your own name, active bonus wagering requirement not yet met, or account security flags requiring review. You will receive an explanation in the rejection notification. If you believe the rejection is in error, contact our support team with your withdrawal reference number and they will review the case directly.

Yes. 1 eecom offers full in-play cricket betting on all major matches. Odds update in real time as the match situation changes – after every ball, wicket or significant event. You can place bets at any point during a live innings. In-play markets include current over runs, next wicket method, next dismissal, and live match winner odds reflecting the current state of play.
If a cricket match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result is completed, most pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned to your account within 24 hours. In-play bets placed before the match was affected are handled according to the specific market rules, which are always shown in the bet slip. Match suspension due to rain does not automatically void bets – the match must be abandoned for bets to be voided.
The minimum stake on cricket markets at 1 eecom is Rs 50 per bet. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event significance and are displayed on the bet slip when you select a market. There is no limit on how many separate bets you can place within your account balance.
Aviator, Crash Games & Casino
Aviator is a crash game where a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs rapidly. Your job is to press the cash-out button before the plane flies away and the round ends. If you cash out in time, your stake is multiplied by the value shown when you pressed. If the plane flies away before you cash out, you lose your stake for that round. Account Security
Log in to your 1 eecom account and go to Account Settings, then the Security section. Toggle "Two-Factor Authentication" on and confirm your registered Pakistani mobile number. From that point, any login from an unrecognised device will require a one-time SMS code in addition to your password. This is one of the most effective ways to protect your account and your PKR balance from unauthorised access.

Change your password right away from Account Settings. Our security team will review login history and device records linked to your account. If unauthorised transactions are confirmed, we will escalate the matter under our fraud investigation process.
No. 1 eecom will never ask for your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone call. If you receive any such communication claiming to be from 1 eecom and asking for your credentials, it is a phishing attempt. Do not click any links in the message and do not share any information. Report the message details to support@1eecom.im so we can investigate and warn other players if needed.
Responsible Gaming
Go to Account Settings, then the Responsible Gaming section. Select Deposit Limits and choose daily, weekly or monthly. Enter the PKR amount you want as your cap and save. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases to an existing limit are subject to a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions during a session. You can also contact our support team to have limits applied on your behalf at any time.

Options range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. A cool-off period is a short temporary break – between 24 hours and 30 days – during which your account is inaccessible and you cannot place bets. It is less permanent than self-exclusion and is designed for players who want a few days away to reset. You can request a cool-off from within your account's Responsible Gaming settings or through our support team. At the end of the period your account unlocks automatically.
